Things to fix in iPhone 2.0

September 23rd, 2007

Computerworld posted a list of 15 things Apple should fix in iPhone 2.0, but I’d much rather like the following:

  • Alarms should work even when iPhone is turned off
  • Keep alarms working even when iPhone is muted or display a list of “missed” alarms. – don’t just ignore them.
  • Keyboard auto-complete should be made an option by default

International keyboards and disabling of EDGE will probably be addressed in iPhone firmware 1.1.1, so I don’t need to list them for 2.0 :)

Update 7/2/08: Let me add that I’d also like to edit my contacts when currently on a call. In iPhone 1.0 that’s not possible.
